Support Recovery Diaries

Recovery Diaries is a non-profit organization. Everything we do is accomplished through donated funds. Every short film we produce, every author and podcast guest we compensate, each event that we organize—that money is donated by generous individuals, foundations, and businesses.

Because of that, we never charge for access to anything we share at Recovery Diaries; no paywalls, no subscriptions, no membership fees.

Please consider making your donation monthly. The power of sustaining donations fuels a non-profit’s ability to dream, grow and thrive.

If you are interested in making a donation through a corporation, foundation, DAF, with stocks or through another avenue outside of our online giving platform, please reach out to development@recoverydiaries.org to make the necessary arrangements. Checks can be made payable to Recovery Diaries and mailed to this address: PO Box 130, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.

We’re so grateful you’re with us, and hope that you will commit to ensuring that Recovery Diaries can evolve to meet the demands of this unprecedented moment in history — through storytelling, community building, and the relentless courage to hope.

Wondering what your donation makes possible?

$5 – Offset those pesky, but necessary, monthly expenses that every non-profit incurs as a simple cost of doing business like podcast and website hosting.

$25 – Support our editors who work closely with every author to ensure their story can be told authentically.

$50 – Cover the wire transfer fees we incur every time we send an honorarium to a contributor living outside of the U.S.

$150 – Underwrite the honorarium that compensates each podcast guest for their time and vulnerability. Let’s keep the podcast going with dignity.

$250 – Compensate our mental health recovery essay authors, who go the distance in partnership with one of our compassionate and talented editors.

$2,500 to $20,000 – Help us professionally produce one of our mental health recovery short films that are seen by hundreds of thousands of people when platformed correctly.
